David Sipes of the Hop Head team recently collaborated and brewed a beer with the owners/brewers at Untold Brewing Matt and Kyle.
The NEIPA consists of Proximity Malt Pilsner and Wheat Malt, and is assertively hopped with our MI Centennial and Styrian Dragon. The hop combination gives aromas and flavors of juicy red grapefruit, stone fruit, and pineapple, with subtle top-notes of sweet pepper.
This beer was was released Thursday June 29th at the Scituate MA brewery. It won’t last long!
